How to Enter a Service Call

Login & Dispatch
Log into e-automate and click the dispatch button.
Enter & Verify Equipment
Enter the Equipment ID Number and verify it matches the client.
Describe the Issue
Describe what is wrong with the machine in as much detail as possible.
Enter Caller Details
Enter the caller's contact information and verify their phone number.
Assign Tech & Submit
Assign a technician according to territory and click OK.
